In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below. Where the context permits, the singular includes the plural and vice versa.

Access to and use of the air68 platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during their use of the platform:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. air68 applies a strict 21+ policy across all products and markets. Individuals under 21 are prohibited from registering, depositing, or participating in any game or betting activity on the platform.
• Residency: You must be a resident of Indonesia. The platform is operated specifically for the Indonesian market and is not intended for use by residents of jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited under applicable local law.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable law. Individuals who are legally restricted from gambling by court order, guardianship arrangement, or any other legal instrument are not eligible.
• Single Account: You may hold only one Account on air68. Registering multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances.
• Self-Exclusion: You must not be subject to a voluntary or mandatory self-exclusion order on any gambling platform, including air68's own self-exclusion program.
• Own Funds: You must be playing with funds that belong to you personally. Using funds obtained through illegal means or on behalf of a third party is prohibited.

To access real-money gaming and betting services on air68, you must complete the registration process and create a verified Account. By submitting your registration, you represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate, complete, and current.

During registration you will be required to provide, at minimum: your full legal name as it appears on your national identity document (KTP or passport), your date of birth, a valid email address, a mobile phone number registered in Indonesia, and your preferred Indonesian bank account or e-wallet details for withdrawal purposes.

KYC Verification. air68 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account is your sole responsibility, regardless of whether it was authorised by you. Accurate Information. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any subsequent point is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and, where applicable, referral to relevant authorities.

All transactions on air68 are denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). There are no currency conversion fees because no conversion takes place — your Account operates entirely in IDR from deposit through to withdrawal.

Supported Payment Methods. air68 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following local payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The availability of individual payment methods may vary and air68 reserves the right to add, suspend, or remove payment channels at any time with reasonable notice.

Minimum and Maximum Limits. Minimum deposit and withdrawal thresholds apply and are displayed at the point of transaction. These limits may differ by payment method. air68 reserves the right to adjust transaction limits for individual Accounts based on account status, KYC level, or responsible gaming considerations.

Deposit Processing. Deposits made via local Indonesian bank transfer and e-wallet typically reflect in your Account within one to five minutes during normal operating hours. air68 is not responsible for delays caused by the sending bank or e-wallet provider.

Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 to 60 minutes for verified Accounts during standard operating hours (WIB, UTC+7). Processing times may extend during peak periods, public holidays (including Idul Fitri, Lebaran, and Indonesian Independence Day on 17 August), or where additional verification is required. air68 will communicate any delays to the Member via their registered contact details.

Withdrawal to Own Account Only. Withdrawals may only be directed to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as the air68 Account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and will not be processed.

Pending Bonus Wagering. Withdrawals may be restricted while Bonus Funds remain subject to outstanding Wagering Requirements. Members may forfeit remaining Bonus Funds and associated winnings in order to unlock a withdrawal; this action is irreversible.

air68 offers a range of promotional bonuses, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, referral bonuses, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Ramadhan, Idul Fitri, and Indonesian Independence Day. All promotions are subject to these general Terms & Conditions and to any specific terms published alongside each promotion.

Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all Bonus Funds are subject to a Wagering Requirement. The applicable WR multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds (for sportsbook bonuses), and expiry period are specified in the promotion-specific terms. Bets placed on games or markets not listed as eligible for a particular promotion do not contribute to WR completion.

One Bonus Per Household. Promotions are offered on a per-Member basis. Where air68 determines that multiple Accounts share a household (as evidenced by identical IP address, device fingerprint, or residential address), only one Account will be eligible for any given promotion.

Abuse and Exploitation. Air68 reserves the right to void Bonus Funds, cancel associated winnings, and suspend Accounts where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Member is exploiting promotional structures through low-risk hedging strategies, multi-accounting, collusion, or any form of systematic bonus abuse. air68's determination on such matters is final.

Expiry. Unclaimed bonus offers and unutilised free spins expire as indicated in the promotion terms. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

No Cash Equivalent. Bonus Funds have no cash value until all applicable Wagering Requirements have been satisfied. Bonus Funds may not be transferred, exchanged, or redeemed in any form other than through completion of the stated wagering conditions.

All games and betting markets available on air68 are governed by the specific rules displayed within each game or market. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms & Conditions, the game-specific rules prevail for matters relating to game outcomes; these Terms & Conditions prevail for all other matters.

Bet Acceptance. A bet is not confirmed until you have received an on-screen confirmation reference number. air68 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its discretion, including where system errors, manifest pricing errors, or suspicious betting patterns are detected.

Manifest Errors. In the event of a technical error, manifest pricing error, or any other mistake that results in clearly incorrect odds, payouts, or game outcomes, air68 reserves the right to void the relevant bets and restore Account balances to their pre-error state. This applies equally to sportsbook markets, live casino tables, and RNG game rounds.

Disconnections. If a connection is interrupted during a game round or open bet, air68's server records will determine the outcome. air68 is not liable for losses arising from connection failures caused by your internet service provider, device, or local network conditions.

Currency and Rounding. All bets, wins, and balances are recorded in IDR. Where fractional Rupiah amounts arise from calculations, amounts will be rounded to the nearest whole Rupiah in air68's favour.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the air68 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate:

• Registering more than one Account, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Providing false, fraudulent, or misleading information at any stage of registration or verification.
• Using a VPN, proxy server, or any other technology to mask your true location or IP address for the purpose of circumventing eligibility restrictions.
• Accessing the platform while subject to a self-exclusion order, whether imposed voluntarily or by air68.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with games, sportsbook markets, or the platform interface in any manner not explicitly permitted.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, including chip-dumping in poker or live card games.
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, bugs, or errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error must be reported immediately and may be voided.
• Using the platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other unlawful financial activity.

All content on the air68 platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game interfaces, graphics, logos, trade names, trademarks, written content, audio, and video — is the exclusive property of air68 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. No other rights are granted. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the air68 platform without prior written authorisation.

Game content provided by third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and others remains the intellectual property of the respective studio and is licensed to air68 for display on the platform. Such content may not be extracted, replicated, or used outside the air68 environment under any circumstances.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, air68's total aggregate liability to any Member for any claim arising out of or in connection with the use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Member in the 30 calendar days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

air68 shall not be liable under any circumstances for: loss of profits; loss of revenue; loss of data; loss of business opportunity; indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; or any loss arising from reliance on information published on the platform.

air68 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, unscheduled outages, Force Majeure events, and third-party service failures may affect availability. air68 will make reasonable efforts to notify Members of planned downtime in advance and to restore service promptly following any unplanned disruption.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes air68's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, wilful misconduct, or any other matter that cannot be excluded by law.

air68 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice where air68 has reasonable grounds to believe that: the Member has breached these Terms & Conditions; the Member has provided false or fraudulent information; suspicious or irregular activity has been detected on the Account; or suspension is required to comply with a legal or regulatory obligation.

Voluntary Closure. You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting the support team. Where no Bonus Funds are pending and your Account balance is positive and verified, air68 will process a full balance withdrawal to your registered payment method within the standard processing timeframe before closing the Account.

Effect of Termination. Upon termination — whether voluntary or initiated by air68 — your right to access the platform ceases immediately. Any Bonus Funds, free spins, or promotional credits that remain subject to outstanding Wagering Requirements at the time of termination are forfeited. Verified real-money balances above any applicable minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to the Member subject to successful KYC completion.

Investigations. Where air68 initiates an investigation into potential fraud, money laundering, or abuse, Account balances may be withheld for the duration of the investigation. air68 will not be liable for any losses or inconvenience arising from such withholding where the investigation reveals reasonable grounds for the initial concern.

air68 collects, processes, stores, and uses personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and should be read in conjunction with them. By registering on air68, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected includes, but is not limited to: name, date of birth, national identity number, contact information, payment details, device and IP information, and gameplay and transaction history. This data is used for the purposes of account management, identity verification (KYC), fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and the delivery of a personalised gaming experience.

air68 applies industry-standard 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption to all data transmitted between your device and our servers. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must discontinue use of the platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 11.

The version of these Terms & Conditions currently published at https://air68.pro/terms-conditions supersedes all prior versions. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date on which the current version entered into force.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including disputes relating to their formation, validity, breach, termination, or enforceability — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international law, as air68 operates under an internationally recognised gaming licence.

Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute between you and air68, you should first contact the support team at [email protected] and attempt to resolve the matter informally. air68 aims to acknowledge all formal dispute submissions within 48 hours (WIB) and to provide a substantive response within seven (7) business days.

Escalation. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 calendar days, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration under internationally recognised arbitration rules. The language of arbitration shall be English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

No Class Actions. You agree that any dispute resolution proceeding will be conducted solely on an individual basis and not as a class action, consolidated action, or representative action.
